ABOUT THE FLIGHT
This lesson provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate what you learned in the previous three commercial lessons. You'll make a short-field takeoff from Bremerton airport in Washington and fly to Harvey field in Washington. During the flight, you'll demonstrate climbs and descents. You'll navigate to Harvey field with the assistance of the GPS. After landing, you'll take off again and deal with an in-flight emergency. You will be expected to operate the complex airplane systems properly using the techniques learned in the Commercial Pilot lessons and the flying skills learned in both the private and instrument lessons.
You will be allowed to exceed one tolerance per flight segment, but no more than 2 tolerances for the entire flight—so, you must fly at least two segments error free.
KEY COMMANDS TO REMEMBER
All key commands used to fly the Baron in the Commercial Pilot lessons.
